Sample Processing/management
- Proceed sample, complaint orders and sample management
- Report sample actual vs. plan to stakeholders
- Communication & problem solving SAP issues with region IT & SAP team.
Order Processing
- Proceed orders, checking inventory availability and credit limit, to supply stocks to 3rd party and internal customers, communication with the global logistics and the local finance team
- Reconcile data in SAP with Online Order System and 3rd party logistics' systems(Zuellig)
- Communication with customers in a timely manner
- Monitoring & managing Genpact(China) staff for cash application. Monthly Closing and Report
- Issue credit/debit notes for return, reserves.
- Reconcile product delivery & sales cutoff
Qualifications
4-year university
Basic accounting skills
영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자
