An exciting opportunity
CTO procedure is the challenging case in intervention society. Its case is about 6000 cases per year in Korea. Our new CTO device will be able to cover about 30% of these CTO patients. We can offer their lives healthy and improve quality of their lives without pain and additional expense. Works to Develop and execute CTO device launching plan and activities that support the constant improvement of the marketing function. These projects may include delivering processes, systems, and tools that support and enable efficient and effective creation and delivery of marketing programs, ensure Quality System compliance within the Marketing function, facilitate strategic planning, and increase accountability.
This candidate will also be responsible for the balloon business, which is the original product of our IC, to grow stronger in high comparative market.
Key Responsibilities
Define and aggressively develop new business opportunities that clearly reflect the company’s vision and priorities regarding product usage, e.g CTO Devices, Complex PCI and balloon Proactively cultivate a customer base, continuously engage special customers, act on leads and persuasively introduce and position our products and services. Drive sales revenue to create new opportunity and new market Implement therapy development strategy and activities with enhanced working and clinical knowledge as well as selling skills with sales team Provide ongoing clinical education for new products and serve as a primary resource for clinical support in the areas of complex PCI coverage, basic troubleshooting, and programming in order to implement the therapy and solutions while changing the CTO and complex PCI Develop and implement customer education programs and activities, attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to represent Boston Scientific and promote products and services Develop people and provide coaching and feedback to less experienced staff as we expand the business Support main products of IC with product managersQualifications
Passion to learn and dedicate to improve patient’s lives Bachelor’s degree required Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Working knowledge/experience for medical devices (especially in Interventional Cardiology field and In-service experience) preferred but not mandatory Good verbal and written communication skills in English preferred Good computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) preferred
