**What You'll Do**
As an Operations Manager within Talent Acquisition, you'll help to accelerate capabilities across Cisco's businesses by transforming talent and leadership while empowering Cisco's employee culture.
Our Operations team is responsible for the programs, tools, systems and analytics that enable and transform the recruitment of future Cisco employees. As a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, you'll
+ Provide strategic business partnership and consultation
+ Ensure the recruiting team meets KPI targets through process governance and system adoption
+ Manage both local and large scale projects and change initiatives, with a continuous focus on metrics, reports and system usage
+ Ensure effective budget allocations and management
**Who You'll Work With**
Talent Acquisition is at the forefront of Cisco's HR vision, ensuring that the right talent is in the right place at the right time. Our team is a diverse group of Global Operations Managers, aligned with Talent Acquisition Leadership, to drive continuous improvement across the organization. This process oriented-guru will work with HR, Finance and Procurement teams within Cisco and help to manage external vendor relationships.
**Who You Are**
You're a passionate, delivery focused Operations manager who has global experience with recruiting technologies and programs, with a thorough understanding of the recruiting life cycle. You've shown strong leadership and influencing skills, with a knack for handling multiple assignment with effective resolution of conflicting priorities. A proven ability in problem solving through analytical and evaluative means with an extensive knowledge of Excel and reporting systems will help drive the analysis required to be successful in this role. You should possess impeccable skills to plan, organize, monitor and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources. With those skills, you negotiate successfully with multiple diverse stakeholders.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Critical thinking, judgement, and influencing skills
+ Understanding of staffing processes, systems and tools
+ Budget management and ROI calculation * Ability to analyze data and conduct root cause analysis
+ Partnering and leveraging capabilities; maintaining effective relationships in various organizations
+ Experience with matrixed management and working collaboratively in a large global environment
+ 8+ years of experience in a Business Operations space, preferably in Talent Acquisition
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent
