CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Systems Administrator 2 to administer the Navy's Theater Medical Information Program (TMIP) Composite Health Care System (CHCS) Cache (TC2) and AHLTA-Theater application suite. This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization OCONUS facility located in Afghanistan. This position requires OCONUS travel for a minimum of one year.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Duties include providing a wide range of mid-level Tier 1 and 2 services in support of Navy patient management related software, ensuring the software satisfies the functional requirements of Navy publications and other government directives pertaining to patient management.
+ Responsible for supporting systems and applications on a Windows 10 | Server 2012 Enterprise network.
+ Instructs End Users in the care and continuity of operations plans in support of database integrity and application functionality.
+ Responsible for resolving software infrastructure issues related to TC2 application utilizing systems analysis techniques and procedures to ensure appropriate function of software or system functional specifications.
+ Supports and communicates application security patches and database upgrades to ensure the security and integrity of the technical environment.
+ Prepare monthly reports describing tasks assigned/accomplished.
+ Understand and navigate Host Based Security Systems | Host Intrusion Protection Systems.
Required Qualifications:
+ Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and/or 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience supporting remote operations.
+ Willing and able to work OCONUS for minimum of one year
+ Proficient with Windows 10 Secure Host Baseline and Windows Server 2012 operating systems.
+ Familiarization with AHLTA-Theater and TC2 applications.
+ The ability to work independently and without constant supervision.
+ Requires strong interpersonal skills due to continual interaction with managers, clients, and users with varying technical backgrounds in a fast-paced work environment.
+ Must have a current Information Assurance (IA) Technical Level II (i.e. GSEC, Security+, SCNP, SSCP) certification
+ IAW DoD 8570 series Information Assurance Training and completed a Windows 10 | Server 2012 Enterprise certification course.
+ Must have an active DoD Secret clearance.
Desired Qualifications:
+ Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) would be viewed as beneficial.
+ Knowledge of virtualization technologies and products such as VMWare, and remote administration tools.
+ Experience with scripting and database queries.
+ Experience using and/or installing and maintaining the TMIP software suite.
