This position provides administrative support and coordination for a People Services function and department management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive. Provide administrative support including but not limited to: Create and/or assist with creating presentations as requested or needed including charts, graphs, and/or gathering data Prepare, transcribe, compose, type, edit and distribute correspondence, agendas, and minutes of meetings as needed or requested; perform all other clerical duties as assigned Prepare, reconcile, track, and submit expense reports as requested; maintain appropriate files Answer questions for teammates and provide appropriate resource(s) for support as needed and within scope of assigned responsibilities Coordinate and maintain electronic calendar(s) Schedule, organize, and/or coordinate meetings, events, logistics, training sessions, interviews, appointments, travel arrangements, conferences, and activities for department as requested Coordinate new teammate orientation (OFA) and materials needed Proactively maintain and/or order as requested department supplies; ensure maintenance of department equipment as needed Create ad hoc reports and analyses as needed Prepare Monthly Operations Report (MOR); evaluate any trends evident Prepare and coordinate quarterly We Are Here reports Process requisitions and/or ePCNs as requested Process offers for new teammates, non-teammates, and transfers Participate in exit interview process as requested Other duties and responsibilities as assigned including but not limited to: Work overtime with little or no notice as needed Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed Know, understand, and follow teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures Consistent, regular, punctual attendance as scheduled is an essential responsibility of this position

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required.

High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred Minimum of two (2) years' experience in Human Resources or related field required Intermediate computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required; experience in Visio, Access, and the Internet preferred
