Collections Specialist - Triple B Forwarders - Tiyan, GU
Job Summary:
Collections: Developing and maintaining steady streams of incoming payments from terms customers and COD customers to increase cash flow. Improve communication and relationship with customer's for payments. Making deposits and applying payments to system then providing updated statements of accounts to customers. Developing payment schedules for customers with challenges but ensuring successful procurement of regular payments for all major accounts. Customer base will be located in both Guam and Saipan, this role will have an emphasis on Saipan accounts but will be handling Guam accounts as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in a Business Field, 5-7 years of experience required, freight or transportation industry experience preferred but not required. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of basic accounting along with software handling/maintaining strengths.
Possess excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a variable paced environment. Value team-work and collaboration. Possess superb verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment:
Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments.

This position will directly report to the Finance Director in Guam.
